I'm Carl, a chef commonly known as 'Carlos'. I have expanded my expertise in gastronomy through my travels in various cultures. Throughout my career, I have realized successful kitchen projects in different places such as Belgium, Germany and Cyprus and I have been living in Turkey for over 20 years.
